House Rules
A few simple agreements, so that everyone can enjoy a light and easy stay.
Your stay
Check-in is from 2 p.m. and check-out is by 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Charges must be settled whenever presented, by credit or debit card, PIX or cash. The main guest is responsible for all charges incurred by the room’s occupants.
Visitors are not allowed in the rooms, and the number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room category booked.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of properly identified guide dogs and assistance animals, as provided for by Brazilian Law No. 11,126/2005.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or in any enclosed or partially enclosed shared area (art. 2 of Brazilian Law No. 9,294/1996, as amended by Law No. 12,546/2011). Any breach will incur a cleaning fee equal to 50% of the current nightly rate.
Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Noise or conduct that disturbs the rest or safety of other guests will not be tolerated at any time.
Food & drinks
Breakfast is included in your rate and served only in the restaurant, daily from 6:30 to 10 a.m. Food may not be taken away, whether as plated meals or in any other form.
The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. On certain days and at certain times, meals are served buffet-style only, and the à la carte menu is not available. Room service, in turn, may be unavailable at times.
Your room card also records your purchases. Please present its QR code with every order at the bar, restaurant and pizzeria; charges will be added to the main guest’s bill.
Outside food and drinks may be consumed only inside the rooms, never in common areas, in compliance with food safety regulations.
In your room
Whenever you leave the room, please keep cash, jewellery, documents and electronic devices in the in-room safe and make sure it is properly locked. Items left outside the safe, or unattended in common areas, remain the guest’s sole responsibility. If you forget your code, our team will open the safe only in the presence of the registered guest, upon proof of identity.
Minibar water is charged as consumed. Other items are available 24 hours a day at the mini express shop next to reception, where purchases are recorded by our reception team.
The voltage is 110V. Grills, sandwich makers, toasters, irons and similar appliances may not be used in the rooms or outdoor areas.
Please do not hang clothes from windows or balconies.
The main guest is liable for any damage to the room, its fixtures and equipment, or common areas, whether caused by themselves or by anyone in their party.
Pool
Water slide
The pool area is not continuously supervised. Children must be accompanied at all times, and parents or guardians are fully responsible for their supervision and safety.
The water slide is for children aged 5 to 10 only, weighing up to 50 kg and able to swim. Use is subject to adult supervision and the rules posted on site.
Glass, foam boxes, coolers and portable speakers are not allowed in the pool area.
Please do not use shampoo or soap in the pool showers.
Pool and beach towels are available at reception for a fee. Room towels must stay in the room.
